Dear all,

Since the event was such a success last semester, CEMS Club Vienna is going to organise a Running Dinner again. It will take place on Friday, 12th of March in the evening. For those of you not familiar with the concept and fluent in German, check out the Wikipedia website or a report on the concept by the Spiegel magazine. Basically, it is all about “running” all over Vienna, meeting new people and enjoying a delicious 3 course menu!

Every team of two will offer one dish at their kitchen, for which they get 2 dishes provided by other teams elsewhere. At the end of the evening, we will all get together at a club to party! Further details, such as where your meals will take place etc, will be provided after the registration deadline. Just make sure you are available from 6 pm on! One thing we want to ensure with this event is that CEMSies from different years and incoming students get to meet each other.

To participate, email Oscar at oscar.nellbeck[at]cemsmail.org until Sunday, March 7th at night, indicating your team member (in case you have one) and the place where you can host one dish on Friday evening. If you are very interested in meeting new people, sign up as a single person and we’ll match you up with somebody - but you also can register in a team of two.

Starter's 18.00 - 19.30
Time to get to the next location 19.30 - 20.00
Main dish 20.00-21.30
Transportation to next location 21.30 - 22.00
Dessert 22.00-23.30
=> Party!

It's up to you guys if one person does the grocery shopping and the other the cooking or if you do it all together... if you do the main dish or dessert, you will prob have to prepare them at some point during the day, so make sure you have some time available during the day...

You will receive your individual plan (what you have to cook, and who your hosts will be, and where) after registration by email.
