Dr. Gerlinde Berger, (38) graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in 1995. She started her professional career in Brussels, where she worked for the European Commission (Directorate General Competetion), the European Parliament and later on for the Austrian ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2000 she changed to a Swiss-based Search, Firm Ascher Consulting Partners AG, where she started as an Executive Search Consultant. In 2003 she returned to Vienna and joined IVENTA Personalberatung GmbH, one of the biggest Austrian Human Resources Consulting Companies. Being responsible for the international recruiting business she was involed in the start-up and business developmend of IVENTA's International offices in Central and Eastern Europe.
